Therefore we kindly ask in booking a meeting that you complete our enquiry form, fact find form and risk questionnaire (risk questionnaire not required for life assurance/protection needs) and return each securely through our Client Portal prior to any face to face of telephone based meeting.
For this to happen you will need to be set up on our Client Portal, which will automatically be done via completion of our enquiry form. We will then send the required documents securely into the documents library within the Client Portal for completion and return by you sending us a secure message attaching the completing information via the ‘client portal secure messaging.'

We will require this information at least 72 hours prior to our meeting (to allow us adequate time to prepare and evaluate your position) and reserve the right to cancel any meeting where all information is not provided.
